Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix (such as Stove Top)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crockpot:
    • Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot insert to prevent sticking.
  2. Layer Chicken:
    • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Mix Soup and Broth:
    • In a bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
  8. Serve:
    • Once cooked, gently fluff the stuffing with a fork.
